Training
Our home ground is at South Queensferry leisure centre.We train in Inverkeithing on Wednesdays between 7pm and 8.30pm at Inverkeithing High School. At present, we train on the grass pitches adjacent to the car park, however on the 10th October the format of the training will change to reflect the darker nights to include 30 minutes high energy training on the grass, followed by a 1 hour training session under floodlights on the artificial pitch.
