Training
Our home ground is at South Queensferry leisure centre.
We train in Inverkeithing on Thursdays between 6pm and 7.30pm at Inverkeithing High School. At present, we train on the grass pitches adjacent to the car park, however on the 8 October the format of the training will change to reflect the darker nights to include 30 minutes high energy training on the grass, followed by a 1 hour training session under floodlights on the artificial pitch.

Swifts march on in edinburgh cupThe well organised Swifts under 14s took on Star "A" in the Edinburgh Cup at rain soaked South Queensferry. The Swifts dominated early play but could not find a way past a stodgy Star "A" defence, it took until the final minute of the first half before the breakthrough came and it was well worth waiting for with MARK C adding to his impressive total for this season. A long ball from the Swifts defence played in Mark and he bore down on goal with no less than five Star "A" in his wake.
The second half was a one way procession with two further goals from MARK C, plus further goals from DYLAN W, MELVILLE K and DALE P. To complete the six goal romp, a loss of concentration in the final minute cost the Swifts the chance to complete the game without the loss of a goal. Good performances from the back four particularly the ever improving EDWARD H gives great confidence for the future, along with a captain's performance from DYLAN W in midfield where he was superbly supported by GRAHAM R and new addition JOHN McM who had a superb debut.
